Willard's road service will take of you Brent and the crew got me back on the road fast, they helped me get off the road and into another service shop. I would not use this service company again!
After 2 hours of waiting still didnt show, called to cancel it and trying to charge me $75! Thats crazy ridiculous even on the waiting part called him at 1 something told him i got off at 3. Guy was on a serivce call had to go back to the shop for what im not sure but was vert rude and hateful, even hung up on us!Would never suggest using them!

Guy came out and damage my brand new bearings with a hammer and then decided he'd get the bearings puller afterwards. So stuck on me using his parts when I had my own. Didn't value my parts at all without paying him anything I lost money when he destroyed my parts.

We were on our way home from a nice vacation when our diesel pusher Class A motor home broke down on the highway, 5 hours from home. It was Sunday afternoon at 1:00. We searched for over three hours trying to locate a tow truck company that would haul our coach with a trailer behind it. We were about to give up when we made contact with Brent Willyard, owner of Willyard's truck and trailer repair. Brent located a driver and tow truck that would come pick tow us. He got us in for an appointment first thing in the morning when they opened. Found the issue, ordered parts, and got us back on the road

In June I paid ~$1400 to have my oil pan gasket, and rear main replaced due to an oil leak.
Now just over 30 days later I find it leaking again and take it to a different shop to find out the rear main seal is dumping oil.
Now it's going to cost me ~$4600 to redo the work already done by Willyards and actually fix the issue properly.
Next time I won't bother with this place.

Brent was phenomenal. He got us in late and out early. Place is clean efficient and they even let us stay in the truck overnight when we had no where to go and no means. I would do business with them again. Prices are fair and honest. No bs to deal with. That's a plus. So 5 stars. And a beautiful piece of property.

Great shop. Original call was for road service. Brent came out within the time frame he quoted. Checked out the truck told me it needed major repairs and he couldn’t do the job on the side of the road. Arranged for a tow truck promptly. When I got to his shop he repaired it and returned the truck. Within the estimated time he gave me. Went out with me on a test drive of the truck and even called to check on me after I left his shop. Excellent customer service and quality of work was excellent.

Willard's they take care of you, I was on my way from Little Rock to western Montana when I needed help. Brent and his crew were fast and took care of me getting me into a shop and got me going quickly he made sure that I was taken care of from the start to getting back on the road. YOU GUYS ROCK !! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The mechanic/owner will not care about your safety, if it means less work and more money. The mechanic was supposed to fix/replace a few parts after an air bag exploded. He only did half of the work. Less than a week later, my truck dropped its transmission as I was driving. I took it to another mechanic that showed me all the parts that were not fixed/replaced from the first mechanic. I called them to get my money back for the work that was not done. The owner is still dodging calls. Guess this place cares more about money than safety.
