ABQ Photo Booths

Terrible customer service. Took weeks to get ahold of anyone to have our date moved due to covid. Then took weeks to get ahold of someone to pay them their money and get the new invoice sent. Agreed on a different time, they didn’t show up at the new agreed upon time. The two attendants were to be there for two hours. They decided to help themselves to plates of food and I had guests tell me they hit up the bar too. Only alcoholic drinks were served from the bar. They didn’t tell ANYONE to sign our photo guest book so we only had 2 in there at the end of the night. Something was wrong with the machine/operator because all of the photos were faded and warped. When we tried to talk to them about all the issues they dodged our calls for weeks then promised to send us the proofs from the photos for us to make our own book... which never came! Don’t waste your money on this place, they ruined an experience we were looking forward to enjoying for the rest of our lives.

Read the contract carefully. It says there would be two assistants but at ours only one arrived. We also paid for the extra book for people to put a copy of the photo in and sign it but the tenant wasn't telling anyone about it so we only had four people notice it and had to ask what is was for. I text, emailed and called from my personal phone number and didn't hear any response until I called from a number they hadn't been called from before. Seems like she was ducking my calls and thought a new client called instead of it being me. She promised to return the $75 for the book and send me the

My wife and I used them for our wedding and my company hired them for our annual holiday party. They did an amazing job at both events. We have been recommending them to all of our friends who are looking to get married.

I've been to a couple events now that have used ABQ Photo Booths and they've always provided such a great experience! The staff is super accommodating and friendly, they have a bunch of fun props to use when you're taking photos, and since their photo booths are not enclosed you can actually take group photos with a decent amount of people! Definitely worth checking out if you want to add something fun and memorable for your next event.

This photo booth is AMAZING!!! They were very professional, arrived early made sure that every in their end was taken care of made it a breeze, made an awesome scrapbook/ guestbook while we were having a blast and also made sure a last call was announced so that any last minute stragglers could take pictures. I will rent them again in a heart beat!!!!

Great crew! Would definitely hire them for any of my parties. Guests had a great time and the photos came out really beautiful. Thanks for being part of our celebration.

What else can I say but amazing. They were so helpful and willing to work with us to customize everything from the backdrop, to how we wanted the printed photos to come out. They went above and beyond our expectations. Would highly recommend them again for many future parties
