I would have given them a five start except my original appointment was for a Thursday. They canceled Thursday morning. Then she told me they would be there Saturday, promise. Friday night I check my messages (about 7pm - they close at 5 pm) and see they called at 6:30 pm and wanted to talk about setting up an install date for the following week. What? What happened to Saturday? I called them at least four times before I got a real person on Monday. So they showed up late and screwed up the install. They came back. It is right now.

This was the second Cumbria quartz and the fourth solid surface counter top we have had installed throughout our home. However this installation by Stonecrafters was the most professional installation and purchase, far exceeding the previous three. What a wonderful company to have working for you. They understand the importance of keeping customers happy. Our handyman (drywall/electrical) insisted on not adding the height needed for our bar top despite the original bar top being at that height. So, stonecrafters pitched in and raised our bar top using their own lumber, and for that I will always be grateful. Our kitchen is beautiful because of them, and the quality of their work is without a doubt brilliant. They even came back promptly for an adjustment and trimming of some of the stone. They were clean, courteous, but more importantly happy
