Not a 5-star resort, but neither is the price!
Super nice host, quiet park, everything worked, easy pull throughs, good views. Nice Club Hoise with immaculate restrooms, laundry and family room with nice full kitchen..
Good location 5 miles S of Alpine.

We found LaVista on line. It’s quiet, beautiful view and exceptionally clean showers and laundry. Only 8 miles south of Alpine. A great little town you will love spending a few days in!!!! Hesitate to give an awesome recommendation because it will be busy next time we need to stop!!!! 🤫

No one at the property. The place looked unkept as grass was knee-high at our site. No garbage containers either!

Love this park! Small, quite and great views. Away from town noises but close enough to enjoy the town offerings.

Nice place great veiws very quiet at night great club house with showers and laundry room wish there were more washers and dryers but that is not a discouragement. Would definitely stay here again. Would give 5 stars but wifi kept coming in and out.

Very nice little RV Park, extremely quiet and family friendly. Restrooms had 2 toilets and 2 private showers each, cleaned spotlessly daily. Lori is a very sweet host and responsive. About 1 hour drive to Terlingua and entrance to BBNP but worth the drive. I felt comfortable letting my kids go back and forth to restrooms on their own.

Very quiet and close to town (about 7 miles) with great morning views of the sunrise. Facilities are in great shape with coin operated washer and dryer. Owners are fantastic to communicate with you. This place has upped my expectations of what an RV park should be like. Deft make reservations as there are only about 9-10 spots.
