We are really happy with the theater Gus built for us.
Gus was really helpful with designing a good theater that we could fit in our budget, and was really responsive throughout the whole process. He didn't push expensive stuff that we didn't need on us.
The installers were professional and did a good job of setting everything up and made it really easy to use.
Overall, we are really happy with the work done

The guys at J&K Electronics did a phenomenal job installing a home theater system multispeaker unit and several mounted TVs. Gus lead the charge and throughout the entire process kept proactive communication all the while being honest and completely reasonable throughout. He spoke in terms that a novice person would understand when it comes to electronics and the work that was needed to be done. He was able to come and work during hours that fit in with our busy work schedule and made sure to finish before our big holiday party. In short I highly recommend Gus and his team at the J&K Electronics

About two years ago I was looking surround system with one remote. I had been recently disabled and have limited dexterity so it was imperative for this system to be easy to use and work within my limitations. I heard J&K Electronics had a good reputation and gave them a call. Gus, the owner was very responsive to my needs and designed a system that was easy for me to use. Everything sounds good, looks good. I was very pleased with their service and professionalism. entertainment and they actually listened to what we needed and succeeded in providing an excellent solution. I would recommend this

I called J&K at the beginning of the June to get some info about our TV that wasn't working. I was told that they did indeed service our area and that it was a $59 service call but that the $59 was applied to the bill if you ended up getting the TV repair done. Gus showed up and went to work on my TV on June 10th as scheduled. He diagnosed the problem to be a power supply. As we discussed pricing, he said the service call was $99. I told him that isn't what I was told but no problem because it was going to be applied to the repair anyway. Then he said it was not because I do not live in their main

This is worst and the most expensive (over $300.00) service I have every received. For my Christmas and birthday present my children had given me a 60” LED Smart TV with sound bar. The technician told me the TV was one of worst TV on the market and would not last five years. Also the sound bar was cheap. He hung the TV and sound bar but the sound bar was not level and my son re-hung the sound bar. I have a DVD/VCR that needed to be connected; he told me that it was old and outdated but he just happens to have another DVD player on the truck. I still have VHS tape and needed to keep this player

I had been to j & k about 2 years ago and it was an okay experience but i just recently went back for my mother in laws television. i was very satisfied. they have new staff that are really helpful. i took my television in about mid-day & the girl at the office told me she would keep me updated. she called me that same day to give me my estimate like promised. i approved it and my tv was ready that same week. that was about a month ago and i recieved a call from her today just to check in with me and make sure i was not having any issues with my tv! i thought that was so thoughtful that they want
