Barry Wolf and Patricia Nixon were fantastic. Because of a transfer of job to a new state, we needed to sell fast but wanted to retain our equity. They answered our questions and were able to sell our home in Castle Rock extremely quick and at the price we were asking for. We also moved before the sale and so they looked after our house until closing. Barry arranged the little bit of approvements that were asked for by the buyer and Patty made sure we received any left over mail and packages that were delivered after we moved. I've been searching for rental homes for my family, and happened upon Barry Wolf @ Jarvis Realty. Jaris has been managing our rental in the Castle Rock golf course section for 5 years. The house was almost new when we turned it over to them to manage. I was concerned to rent a house so new at the time. Barry handles everything, keeps our costs low, and the house looks like a model home inside and out.
