In March, three major California utilities proposed new charges and a reduction in a key benefit for solar customers. PG&E (PCG), Southern California Edison, and San Diego Gas & Electric asked the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) to allow them to charge customers who have solar panels monthly fees: both a flat charge and a "grid access" charge per kilowatt.

Getting solar has changed tides for my family. Originally getting solar for my grandmothers house wasn’t easy. Being one of the au fait figures in my family I had a bit of convincing to do. Overall the experience with Browder was quick and simple.
