Kevin did a terrific job selling my house in San Francisco’s Sunset District. I had many concerns about the house after a long-term tenant vacated it unexpectedly and neglected to clean up even a little bit or clear many possessions accumulated over many years. Kevin took charge, brought in the services needed to clear, clean, repair, and improve the house for sale. He knew just how much needed to be done, how to price the house, and it sold very quickly with a number of competing bids, securing an excellent price that I would not have expected. Kevin and his team helped my mom sell her condo in the Marina when she needed to move to assisted living. My sister and I both live out of town, but Kevin was terrific in coordinating everything on the ground. He arranged for furniture removal, cleaning, painting, new carpets, and staging without us having to do a thing. Within a week of listing, my mom had multiple offers over asking. He was always quick in his communication and available to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend Kevin!

We had the good fortune to work with Kevin to both sell our house and buy a new one. Kevin was absolutely wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable, patient and proactive. While preparing to sell our current home, we found the perfect new home for our family.
