Called to order flowers for my mother's funeral service. Was told, very rudely, that they don't go by the items they have listed on their website and "Just tell me what you want and I'll get it ordered for you." I don't know what I want, that's why I went to the website. She repeated herself a few times, and didn't seem to care when I said I would order from somewhere else that could be a little more respectful to grieving clients. So instead, I ordered from Chris Puhlman flowers in Moon where they were quite nice and extremely helpful. I will go out of my way to pick up flowers from a florist
