About Joshua C. Strouse Joshua is the founder and president of PG Financial. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication from Ohio University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Mount Vernon. Charles has spent the previous 19 years in the Oil and Gas industry. The first five years were spent working with Cooper Energy Services as a field technician traveling around the United States.
