Vibrational Sound Therapy, VST is a relaxation technique that uses a subtle vibration and sound from a signing bowl rung directly on the body. The gentle sounds and vibrations help to activate the parasympathetic nervous system to relax clients. When we are in a relaxed state, it can help our body to repair itself naturally.
Energy healing targets the energy fields around the body. Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or possibly emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. Reiki may improving the flow of energy around the body, which can enable relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.

I have tried it all, and it wasnt until I was ready for the truth that I decided to try Zensational, let me tell you, and I swear, had it not have been for Mikki I might not have seen the light. Totally comfortable, non- judgemental, peaceful atmosphere, very clean and homely feeling. Like you belong there, visiting a friend for advice. I stopped in to check out Zensational today and it truly was Zensational. Miki is amazing, insightful and so warm. She did Reiki on me and it was such a healing experience.
