Had some situations arise and had to get a bonding situation once my priorities were in order for what was needed Grumpys worked out delays in paperwork and got me out the day I signed overall great experience and would highly recommend if a bond company is needed Leah is the one to get ahold of fast and efficient service overall great experience

I've used Grumpy's Nashville location twice now to help friends who needed their bond paid. They have always been super respectful and straightforward. Leah is so great and proactive. She helped me when processing was taking longer than normal and even came by where I was waiting so I could charge my phone! Definitely made this experience that much easier!

Shaun was down to earth and professional. Used his service about a month ago. Got my friend out within 15 minutes of finishing paperwork. I think we got lucky because of shift change but nonetheless I highly recommend.

I was a young man who had some money but no one to co sign, Grumpy's trusted me and made special accommodations for me that made my life so much easier while I was having such a difficult time already. Without them, I'd still be homeless with no job opportunities stuck in a cold hard cell. Can't thank these people enough.

Wouldn’t recommend to absolutely no one. Call every hr for 5 hrs straight for them to finally say “they denied it” after I was told for hours there headed over here to make bond.

Very unprofessional place of business. Not very good customer service either. Spoke with this man on the phone and he beat around the bushes for an hour and a half lying to me and saying he was making someone else's bond at the moment. Walked into grumpys just to sit in the lobby for 20 min because nobody wants to sit at the desk. They had a sign up to call the number because they were to busy partying in the back like 4 or 5 of them. When they answered said they would be right there for another 15 min to go by. That is completely Ridiculous and Unprofessional. Not sure what they are paying you

I haven't used their service so I don't know how that works lol. The building is easily visible from the road and well-maintained. The people in the office really weren't all that grumpy.

I had a very bad experience with grumpy's bail bonds.
i called once & my mother is deaf... so i couldn't call her.
i had cash money in jail in my purse. the lady i spoke to was rude & said because it was 3:30am it would be $150.00 extra. neither she nor anyone from the company never showed up.
so i called another bonding agent & she was there with in 5 minutes & it was half the price & not any money extra for being there at 3:40 am!

so i would not count on grumpy's bail bonding coming & major over pay! so i urge anyone considering this company not

I needed a bail bond for a friend. I knew about Grumpys from advertising on tv. My first call to them was fantastic because I was new at this and they guided me through the process. I then received a call back from the rep in charge. He provided me with all the information, put me at ease and truly cared about our situation. Best customer service I've had. The office itself made you feel at home. I recommend Grumpy's to all who need this service Thanks to all at Grumpy's who assisted us.
