I've used Knights several times for airport transport but today took the cake. I was literally told that their job did not include placing the bags in the vehicle. I know it's hard to find good help but that is literally the definition of your job... Likely the last time I use your service. Not a pleasant way to end a vacation. Would give 1/2 star if was possible.

I’ve used knights to get from WPI to Logan Airport and back. The drivers are always professional and the vans clean and safe. While the price may seem high, it is definitely worth it and is usually less expensive than an Uber/Lyft. The drivers always load your luggage and put a footstool down to help you get in the van more easily. Nice touch.

Booked them after my usual car service was so late in picking me up that I nearly missed my early AM flight out of Boston. Didn’t want a repeat of this, so I canceled my reservation and booked a shared van with Knights for a one-way trip home. My flight from Los Angeles to Boston got in just before midnight and when I called to confirm the pick up, the gentleman on the phone told me they upgraded me at no extra charge to a sedan, because the person they were due to pick up, no-showed. Knights Limo is the only service we will use going forward for our Airport transportation needs. Prompt, professional, and courteous. Victor arrived at our house 5 minutes before the pick up time the day we left, and when we returned, Steve was waiting as soon as we walked out of the airport. My husband and I took a trip to Florida from 6/19-6/26 and we used Knight’s Limo for transportation back and forth to Logan. Rich, our driver on the way into Boston, was friendly and outgoing with a great sense of humor. It was 4 o’clock in the morning, so his company made our ride to the airport very pleasant. Taylor, our driver on the way back from Boston, was already waiting outside the van ready for us when we walked out of the airport. He too was friendly and very accommodating.
