Chris has been so helpful every time I've contacted him with a computer issue. He set up my new computer and transferred all the information over from my old one. He was prompt and reasonable. And he also checked out a computer that was being glitchy and didn't charge anything when the solution was simple. I will definitely return to him for any future technology problems and would not hesitiate to recommend him. Chris gave me a call minutes after seeking help with my broken computer. I had been fiddling around ended causing a heap of trouble for myself. He was able to walk me through potential issues over the phone and didn’t even ask for a payment!

I recently ran into a serious issue with my gaming laptop. While I had tried a significant amount of diagnosis and troubleshooting myself, I reached a point where I needed a professional to look at my computer. I was able to schedule a time to meet with Chris at South Bay Tech Gurus, who listened attentively to my previous attempts at correcting the issue and suggested possible issues that I hadn't considered. Chris is great to work with. He has been my go-to for computer problems. I've had a few issues with my gaming laptop as the hard drive was failing. I was trying to be a superhero and using multiple design programs all at once and my computer just couldn't take it. He was able to diagnose what I needed to order and installed an upgraded hard drive and more ram. Now my computer runs like a beast and I can multitask to my heart's content. Thank you!
