Just want to give a shout out about my experience with Collier Equipment.
I've been searching for an upper knife for my old Pfaff 3334 for a couple months now. The only place I could find the upper knife online was in Ukraine. So today I randomly thought, "I wonder if Collier knows where to get one."
I called and spoke to Reanee. Within 5 minutes… she was taking my credit card number and they shipped today. They had several in stock so I ordered a couple backups. Overall great experience and now I know who to go to for my hard to find parts for my vintage machines.

Robert went above and beyond to find me the rounded cord I prefer making mask with. During elastic shortages at that!! He never told me he was too busy or didn't have time for such request, since all that was… offered was 1/8 and 1/4 elastics.
I am so happy to receive what he had in inventory. Pretty sure he packed and boxed the shipment to me personally, so it wouldn't get lost in his busy company orders.
Looking forward to many happy mask wearers and future purchases. Happy that I was able to end my elastic search with quick delivery
