They almost never answer the phone. If you're not willing to play phone tag and sit by your phone in anticipation of a call that will come at an undetermined time, this place is for you.
Their billing department is inconsistent with their ability to put the same information given to them into providers details, and are deeply annoyed when you try to call to help them. I had to call Tricare and have them stay on the line with me while I called their billing department.
On top of that, I filled out a medical release form so that

VERY IMPRESSED! I am a new patient, having relocated my medical care to the Hudson Valley from NYC. I was very happy with the attention to detail and the thoroughness and comprehensiveness of both the pre-exam process and the exam itself. I never felt rushed like I have at other providers, and the practice was patient with my endless questions. I feel more confident than ever that I made the right choice.

The actual providers are great. Christian and Dr. Saladino were very kind and attentive practitioners. However, the office is seeing way too many patients for the providers to see you on time (expect to be waiting at least an hour-90 minutes past your appointment time until you are seen). The office is also so incredibly disorganized that you need to call daily for them to actually follow up on what they need to do for your care. While everyone there is very sweet, I have been calling the office nearly every day for 2+ months and the office has STILL not submitted the paperwork they were supposed

Based on the reviews, I decided to call here to make an appointment as a new patient. Heard the receptionist sigh heavily as she answered the phone and sounded as if she was being bothered as she gave the "greeting". All I had a chance to say was, "Hi.. are you accepting new patients" and was immediately told to hold. I heard a loud click..and sure enough..I was disconnected. Called back within a minute and got the voicemail. Customer service skills can really make or break a business. This was a real turn off. I will continue my search for a doctor.
