Our goal for glam Lash Studio is to provide lashes for the everyday women. We use our own brand of Glam Lash products and all of our lash technicians are trained to complete a full set costume to each individual person. The application process begins with cleaning the natural lashes. This removes any dirt or oil that would prohibit the safe adhesive bond of the lash extension to the natural lash.
Then the lash technician using individual lashes strategically designs a lash look based on the clients wants and needs. I've been going monthly for a few months for eyelash lift and tint services. My technician, Stephanie, is awesome. She talked me through the first time so I knew exactly what to expect at each step and took befire and after photos to make sure I could see the effect (lift and tint isnt as dramatic as extensions). She is always prepared when I arrive for my appointment and she is diligent about sanitation and cleanliness.

Extremely unprofessional and not customer focused at all. To book, they require a credit card on file - I called to book and made an appointment. I got COVID so tried to cancel (offered doctors note) but they refused and forced me to push my appointment out for another date. I told them I was unsure when I’d be well as multiple in my family had it also but they did not care - only cared about the $25 cancellation fee and continued to tell me they had to “pick a random date” in the future to push the appointment out, if I canceled I’d charged. I was sick in bed so told them to pick a day

I was 15 minutes early for my appointment. At the time of my appointment the stylist came to the front and said she would be right with me. Then she spoke to the receptionist and asked what I was there to have done. Her previous customer was coming out to pay. At that time the stylist asked if that customer wanted to get her eyebrows done too because she had time and the customer agreed. They went back to a room again. This was said at the time my appointment was supposed to occur while I was sitting in the reception area. It was as if I wasn’t even there! No one updated me and I waited another

The lady who did my lashes was super sweet. So nothing bad about her whatsoever. She actually made them a little fuller than I wanted them but I'm just picky, so that's not on her. When I called they told me the fill would be an hour so I agreed to let them fit me in and come right away. 2 hours later I badly needed to leave. When I went out to pay the lady wanted me to put a credit card on file. I did not have a future appointment. I'm paying you on the spot, why are you wanting to save my card? I told her no I would do it should I schedule an appointment in the future. I understand

I am giving 2 stars because my lashes turned out great! But the customer service was terrible. 30 minutes after I left the salon I was being called to have an INCREASE in charge on my card because they mixed up their own pricing. AND I was NOT told that my lashes would be $85 for a 1 WEEK fill BEFORE they put the lashes on my eyes. They never let me explain to them that I would pay the difference but next time you do somebody's lashes to let them know BEFORE hand that the $65 hybrid fill they advertised on their website ONLY applies to returning customers, and yes I did in fact let my lash

I asked for an eyelash lift. I two days after my appointment i called to get a refund because my lashes are going in different directions. It's so uncomfortable. Jaslynn said she can't do anything about my lashes going different direction. The process took 30 minutes. When I called for a refund they asked if I can go in to see what is going on but Jaslynn just kept saying it's how my eyes are that my lashes will poke my eyelids. Ummmm if that's the case save your money and go somewhere else or just by false eyelashes. I didn't have a good experience here.

Jaslynn is efficient, her touch is light as a feather and does a wonderful job, my lashes look natural and usually last me well over a month. I will say I've tried other stylists there and have not had pleasant experience-uncomfortable taping of my eyeballs and glue in my eyes. Stick with Jaslynn for a 5 star experience.

I got my brows waxed here and Jaslynn did amazing! She took her time trimming, plucking, and waxing under the super bright light. The bed was super comfy and the music was relaxing. Everything was clean and the service was great, and everything seems reasonably priced. Will make this my go-to brow place and will probably use their lash services soon, too!

I have worn lash extensions for over 5 years now. I am also a cancer patient. I made an appointment here and mentioned being tired from treatment. Within a few hours I received a phone call telling me they would not do my lashes because of my cancer. I attempted to explain I have been in treatment for 4 years and lashes are not a problem but the terribly insensitive lady was persistent that she would NOT do it.
I realize it's her right to refuse service but this was hateful and rude. I have cancer but you can't catch it!!

The place was great! Super clean and welcoming. The deal they had going on was great and the quality of the lashes are so natural looking!!! Don't remember the name of woman that did my lashes but she was super sweet...was asking me if I was okay if I was feeling any discomfort or tangling in my lashes. Afterwards she went over the after care for them which was super helpful since this was my first time getting them done! Will be back (:

I have been getting lashes for 6 years. I recently moved and tried this salon. Atmosphere was great. Tech was superrrrrr slow and my eyes burned and were red for 3 days. When i called to have them removed I was told $35.00! Noooooo freaking way. I have never had this happen with lashes. Stay away from this place!

First time getting my lashes done and I'm stunning by their work. They took their time to make sure the lashes fall into where it should be. The details are beyond perfect. Its so light that I couldn't tell if i had fake lashes on. They're so gentle on the lashes that i felt asleep during the process, the background music was very nice. Very clean and neat studio and very professional. I will definitely be back, it was a totally worth it.

I'm very big when it comes to reviews and service and I really sincerely know this business deserves this review. This is a new business that just recently opened in July and let me tell you I've been going to them since they opened! You need to see either Jaslynn and Lee they are both amazing and friendly and always give you the best advice. They're customer service is a five star service and they're prices are very reasonable. Don't miss out on an opportunity to get your beauty on with them it's very well deserved.. Give this place a go promise you won't regret

Oooooh la la...I am feeling confident with my new lashes. Definitely a #transformationtuesday for me. My technician was very professional and well trained. On arrival, I was immediately offered water. The table/chair was comfortable - my back did not ache whatsoever. I was tucked underneath the covers listening to instrumental music, and almost fell asleep. They have three different level technician for the extensions: beginner ($140), expert ($180), and master ($200). The best way to distinguish between these three is based on the level of training and quality of lash placement. For example, beginner

I'm really picky on how my lashes are done and I think I've finally found my go to spot! Jaslynn really takes her time and knows how to deal with my thin, little to none Asian lashes. She makes sure that what she puts on isn't heavy or clumpy because I have a bad habit if picking my lashes if I feel like there are clumps. You can definitely tell she loves what she does.
