Excellent can't say enough good about this company. I had returned my rent car and was to meet my friend at 5PM when her flight got in. Due to cancelled flights my friend did not arrive till 10pm. I was in a panic how we would get to our hotel, as I had surgery scheduled in the AM, and needed to get to the room. Pam the lady I booked our ride with was wonderful, she listened to me, unlike the first taxi service I called, No problem with the 10 pm pickup no extra charge for the late hour. She sent me our drivers cell #. He was waiting for us at the requested time. He was very pleasant

Great Experience! We had 11 girls wanting to go out on the town for a bachelorette party. We made a reservation with Jim a couple of weeks before. I called around to about 6 different shuttle/limo companies and this was the best price. Jim arrived at our pickup location early and the bus was clean, comfortable, and had a Bluetooth radio. Jim drove us around Eureka Springs and brought our rowdy group home after our event was over. Jim is kind, courteous, and was always willing to take our group photos. We would highly recommend Jim's Express Shuttle.

Yesterday, I had a pax that wanted to warn all local drivers of an experience she had at the airport.
A driver for Jim’s Shuttle Service met her on the ride share curb at XNA where she was waiting for her Lyft to pick her up. He asked if she needed a ride. When she said she was waiting on Lyft, he harassed her, warning that Lyft drivers weren’t bonded and were dangerous. She adamantly told him again, “No.” He then told her she was taking her life into her own hands, turned to another shuttle driver, and they laughed at her.
The incident was eating at her.

I have used Jim's Express Shuttle for many years and without exception have had excellent & reliable service. As a female, I am appreciate knowing that the person picking me up and dropping me off works for a local, long term business. I plan to always use this company when I need Airport Transportation.

My parents came to pick me up at the XNA airport. After I finally get there, had a lot of delays, my parents accidentally parked in the “shuttle” parking area. This grumpy old man parks his shuttle van as close as he can to the front of my parents car as possible, gets out and takes pictures of their license plates while we were saying our hellos and loading up the car. Instead of just informing us or asking us to move. I’m assuming that was Jim, and Jim wasn’t a very pleasant man. Taking pictures of their plates so he could turn them into the security guards. Driver arrived early and was courteous. Took an efficient route to the airport. He did speak at length regarding how he had gone out of his way in the past for customers who did not tip him. Main difficulty involved that I was quoted one price on the phone, and another when I arrived at the airport. I informed the driver of this who contacted dispatch. I was told it was my fault because I did not share that I would have an additional passenger (my small child ). I was not asked how many people would be traveling by dispatch and disputed the fare, but was told “sorry“but that is the price”

Hubs had to be at a doctor appointment with stepkiddo so I decided to take Lyft. Went outside to find my ride and was lectured by a man in a light blue polo shirt representing Jim's Express Shuttle. I asked him if where I was standing is where the Lyft picks up. He replied, "Unfortunately, yes."

Scheduled a car to take me to the airport. When I called to schedule - the lady that took my call was very short and hurried to get off the phone. She didn't repeat back anything, give me a confirmation or ask about payment. The car was scheduled to pick me up at 5:00pm. At 5:02 I got a call from the driver saying he was downstairs waiting for me......I live in a house??? He was at Candlewood Suites, I live on Candlewood Pl. Great Timely & Courteous Service for the entire Bentonville / Fayetteville / Rodgers area. Have used this service several times for rides to and from the Northwest Regional Arkansas airport, both in the very early mornings and very late at night. They are dependable, courteous, and always on time. And they have a service counter at the airport to make it even more convenient. Highly recommend them.

This is the second time my family and I have used Jim's to drive from Fayetteville to XNA airport. Each time, I arranged it using my iPad. Pam quickly dealt with my reservations, asked a couple of questions, sent confirming e-mails, etc. It was a pleasure getting quick responses that were not just generated by a computer. The drivers arrived early, in a great car, and helped with the luggage. I recommend Jim's - we will use them again.

I was picked up by shuttle driver Will.
He was very courteous, well mannered, and respectful.
Will helped carry my things into the car and in addition went above and beyond his duties by helping me bring my things to the airport desk.

I'm torn as to what to write for Jim's service. On the one hand, I experienced pretty good service, on the other, my husband experienced below par.
My best friend was getting married in Eureka Springs. I needed to come in a few days early to assist her, while my husband would arrive the day of the wedding. Because of our different schedules and my need to be "on call" for my friend, we went with a car service instead of renting a car.

Found Jim's Express at a counter near baggage claim. I paid at the counter after telling them my destination and the driver immediately took my bag and showed me to his vehicle. It was not a "cab" it was a small SUV very clean and smoke free inside. He made nice conversation the whole way to my hotel, which earned him a nice tip. I highly recommend this service! Nice people, nice vehicles, and fast!

The driver was friendly enough outside the airport when we asked about a ride back to the Walmart home office. We were quoted a price but after a few miles down the road the driver then stated that the price he quoted us was per person, not the actual rate. With the weather being 27 degrees outside and our alternative was to be "dropped off where are" we chose to remain in the car. I would advise others to call a taxi ahead of time or use someone else.

Jim's has a counter in the airport, located right next to the baggage carousel. You can pay right there with your credit card as well and they'll call a driver over the radio. Depending on the weather, it's either immediate service or a bit of a wait. It's just random based on where the drivers are when the planes come in.
My driver this time was very friendly and he certainly knew the area, keeping up a continuous stream of conversation as we drove from the airport to where I needed to be. His driving was safe and within the speed limits.

Zero stars... Warning: if you are female you will be charged three times more to use this service than male travelers. In addition, you will be placed in the 'back seat' (literally) and made to wait until the needs of all male passengers have been met. Female business owners and executives would be better served to skip this service and go elsewhere.

Want to meet a man who has met the "stars"? Because this is the only real way to get to your hotel or out of the airport, here in Bentonville AR, this guy knows everyone. That is, everyone who comes here to schmooze with Walmart higher ups. Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen frequent this shuttle. So does Amos Lee and Jessica Simpson. The autographs up on the wall prove it. This is Wallmart capital of the world and everyone and everything revolves around it.
This shuttle service did the job and then some. Jon was friendly and took me on a bit of an architectural tour with no added expenses
