Today you are one step closer toward courageously seeking deeper understanding and finding empowerment toward a more positive path of growth and well-being. As a cognitive therapist, my goal is to help you recognize your current behavioral patterns and to break free of past problems that have held you back.

While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Dr. Gram graduated from Rosemead Graduate School of Psychology (Biola University) in 1990 and has been licensed as a psychologist in Oregon since 1991.
I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to couples counseling and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to clients' individual needs helping them attain the personal growth they're striving for.
The Follow Me Relationship Cards provide a shared experience for couples to develop their skill in sharing inner thoughts and feelings with one another. These 27 cards provide 5 prompts on each card. Alternatively, simply use one or two cards while your driving or sharing a quiet moment over dinner.
Psychotherapy groups provide many advantages over individual therapy. Groups provide an opportunity to learn how others experience you. Psychologist led groups provide a safe environment in which group members can better understand the dynamics of their daily interactions with others; the group provides a small representation of life.
Psychologists earn credentials as doctors of psychology as represented by the letters PsyD or PhD; psychologists typically focus on one of four main areas: counseling, school, industrial-organizational and clinical.

Counseling psychologists assist clients with problems of everyday living, including career or work problems and problems faced in different stages of life; school psychologists work with students in early childhood and elementary and secondary schools by collaborating with teachers, parents, and school personnel to create safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments for all students.
