Place is managed very poorly. I wanted to a tower put on my boat, but since I did not buy it from them he would not install it. Can't believe they would pass up on $500 on service to have my stuff installed on my boat. I'm surprised they winterize boats that are not bought from there! Would not ever do business through these people!

Does the owner really want to do anything??? First off their boat "winterization" is unprofessional. They do not use anti-freeze unless you nag them. This is Minnesota, it gets cold during the winter. Smart thing is to use anti-freeze. Next they forget to tighten hose clamps. Forgetting to do this is disastrous. Hoses came off and began filling boat engine bay full of water. Not only that but the engine will not get cooled without water. In the case I am aware of was how the hose fell off. It was basically shooting water straight up in the engine bay and be ingested through the intake. Most people
