I went there to get my walker the Man was very nice and pleasant but the woman had a nasty and rude attitude people that come there are already had a sickness they don’t need rude people there to make it worst (the man that do the walkers give him 5 stars) but the woman if she going to act like that she don’t need to work there.

Terrible customer service. I experienced the 3rd or 4th poor customer service experience today. My newborn requires a compound so Thomas Drug is one of the few places we can go to. My wife used their online application on Thursday to order our child’s medicine, the order was ignored. So I called first thing Saturday morning at 9am and told them my child really needed the medicine. If they ran into any issues to call me and I would drive to my other option an hour away. I drove to the location at 12PM since I hadn’t been called, to be told that the medication was unavailable and that it would

Terrible, terrible customer service. My mother went there to get an rx filled written by her podiatrist. The rude pharmacist threw the script at her and said “get it from a real Dr.”

Whenever I call the line is always busy. They don’t keep a variety of medications, you always have to come back.

Great folks giving great service always with a warm smile and a gentle greeting. They're quick and efficient but always careful.

The employees are very nice & friendly. On top of that they're a Blink preferred pharmacy, so the prescription prices are great.

Just called pharmacy, lady i talked to does not have any phone etiquette. Don't know who i talked to. She also seem like she's in a hurry and made me feel like I was bothering her.

This is a super customer oriented business one of the best I have dealt with in many decades. Was treated to super service and great customer care. Will be back again for sur.
