There were multiple circumstances that provided a roller coaster ride in our reaxhing our home’s renovation goals. Marvin’s professionalism, courtesy and consideration toward us was exemplary. He helped us with understanding options that were beyond our scope of experience with renovations for situations we never had encountered. True professional!
Hiring a contractor can be a scary thing. But it doesnt have to be when you get the right one. Dealing with Marvin was easy. He showed up on time, was clean, respectful, and made sure I understood the scope of work. Marvin and his crew had to first support the lower deck. They could then place jacks on the deck and underneath the second story to support the second story. They then removed a major support beam that was rotted, and replaced it with a new beam. After that they built an entire deck/balcony off the second story master and 2nd bedroom.
