This place is always jamming every time I go by so I figured it was time to join in the fun. There are two lanes to decide and purchase what kind of wash you want. After that you line up your tire, throw your car into neutral and enjoy the ride.
It was a colorful experience...no really, look at the pictures! My daughter and I pretended to be in the ocean, then getting attacked by an octopus, and coming out the other side of the Hsaw Aknow aka Wonka Wash.

I have been requesting from 5Star express car wash to cancel my membership and return my membership dues since April 2021. I have been ignored and gotten the run around. Tried canceling online to no avail. Don't just take my word. Try to cancel yourself. They have no corporate office, the district manager will not come to the phone nor return calls and the employees will not give you their direct number. When you visit to talk in person you get the same run around. This has really been crazy!

The car wash is nice, but the attendant definitely did NOT have to tap my window with the sprayer as hard as she did. Definitely thought she was going to break my glass. She was peeved because i was mid conversation with my child and hadn't noticed my auto wipers were on and wiping away what she was spraying. I won't be returning for the sole purpose that she was unpleasant.

Today was one of those days where whatever could go wrong...went wrong. My crazy day continued when I got to 5 Star Express Car Wash. First, my window wouldn't go back up after asking a question of the attendant, my temporary paper tag (YES...that I forgot to remove) came off during the wash. And, last but not least, I thought I'd lost my ID credentials down the car wash's reservoir (when I exited my car to quickly prior to the wash) in an attempt to get that stupid widow back up before moving on with the car wash...WHEW! Nevertheless...drum roll, please...
