The Thursday Marin Farmers Market is known as the local chef's market welcoming premier chefs from around the Bay Area seeking out the freshest ingredients of the season. Centrally located at the Civic Center in San Rafael, the Thursday farmers market offers a mid-week shopping opportunity. The Thursday market is also one of the most anticipated lunch destinations of the week.
The Sunday Marin Farmers Market first opened in 1987, and has grown to become the third largest farmers market in California. Local eaters and visitors alike, convene every Sunday to enjoy the fresh, seasonal harvests of California's world renowned farms and ranches, as well as discover some of the most sought after prepared foods in the region.
For over 20 years, the market has been the place for the local community to get their fill of fresh, healthy, locally grown fruits and vegetables. The market features over 35 farmers, food purveyors, and artisans. Come out and join in on the good food and fun every Saturday! Shoppers can leave bulk purchases at the AIM booth and pick them up when finished with shopping.
The farmers market on Clement offers an abundance of fresh, seasonal produce, as well as an array of baked goods, fresh flowers, and hot foods. The Clement St. market is open every Sunday, year-round, rain or shine, from 9am to 2pm. Come out and join in on the good food and fun every Sunday. AIM's certified farmers markets accept Calfresh/ EBT, Market Match, and WIC at all 9 locations.
The Stonestown Farmers Markets has been serving the Westside of San Francisco since 2009. Located just off 19th Avenue and next to the UA Theatre, this market has something for everyone. The Stonestown market was also named San Francisco's Best Family-Oriented Farmers Market by SF Weekly. The Stonestown Farmers Market is open every Sunday, year-round, rain or shine, from 9am to 1pm.

Some of the nicest people!
Dan their manager is a very good hearted person with great knowledge of each farmer they support.
AIM has many programs to support the farmers such as their ebt program for matching the $10 dollars for $10 extra in produce tokens so that low income families can afford the freshest local produce and the farmers get a healthy kick back too.
It is a win-win situation.
They also work with local chefs and they monitor each farm regularly for quality and to ensure they are growing what they sell.
The chef demonstrations using local produce is another treat for the community
