Exceeded expectations! Appreciated working with Dave, Josh, Kayla and the rest of the staff. We were disappointed that one of our slabs broke on the two hour transit ride however they were able deliver a new slab the next week and chatting with them. Everyone was so friendly and politely answered our questions. Thanks so much!

We ordered cabinets and countertops from Lowe's who uses BC Stone as an installer. Everything was ordered in JANUARY 2021. We ordered early because we knew covid would be an issue. Then when we set an installation date for May they call 5 days before to let us know the countertops are on backorder until end of July and we cannot get they installed until late August and that is "MAYBE". Guy was nice on the phone BUT when someone orders and pays for something almost 6 months ahead of time shouldnt they have the material in stock waiting? We did a drawing in 3D with lowes that gets it pretty much

Remodeling a kitchen during the pandemic has been epic. Back-orders, wrong orders and no orders. One bright spot was the gorgeous walnut butcher block countertop we ordered from BC Stone via Lowes in Lancaster. I have worked with hundreds of contractors and supply vendors over the years and for me, it's always about how a problem is resolved that matters.
Mistakes happen, you gotta get over that. So the opening for the faucet was not in the right spot. I talked to Dave and we got it worked out and resolved yesterday. Absolutely one of the best experiences of problem solving in recent memory

I want to start out by saying the installers were great! I would highly recommend Jesse & Dustin! Now on to the part where we had discovered our sink could not be under mounted with our countertop. Up until the install we thought we were getting our sink under mounted. The manager said it was disgust with us that it could not be under mounted. That was not true. I called Lowes and they had record of them calling Lowes to make the change. Lowes also did not contact us to let us know of the change. They did credit our account for the chance. The moral of the story is bad communication between BC

Fantastic experience working with BC Stone. Another local company told us 4-6 weeks for granite countertops. After 5 months I was told we were 5th on his list....I asked for my deposit back. My husband suggested BC Stone thru Lowes. I went to Lowes in Altoona, got some great advice from James, I picked my granite. This was a friday. The following Tuesday the girls from BC Stone called to make appointment for measurements. Pat Murphy came and took the measurements with a lazor. I have no clue how that works but my contractor /husband was impressed. The whole process from my trip to Lowes to installation

I could not be more happy with the beautiful quartz in my master bath. I looked for months to find the exact quartz that I wanted and they were able to get it!! Even better is that they were able to install the full slab on the second floor. No one else was willing to do that.
The measurements they took were precise, they matched the grain perfectly and my house was left immaculate. They even power washed my driveway afterwards to rid of any residue while cutting.
As you can see, I cannot say enough good things about them.
