At the time reservations are made, a copy rental agreement will be e-mailed to you. This copy is yours to keep. Upon delivery, we will go over the rental agreement and a signature will be required before set-up will begin. Any balance owed will be collected at this time, however, you can choose to pay in full at the time you make your reservation.

I’m beyond pleased with The bounce house company. They were very professional and went above and beyond. My son left his favorite blanket in the bounce house and not only did they get back to me after hours, they brought his blanket back home the very next morning. I’m just so pleased with how everything was handled. I will be giving them all of my business from now on.

What a great experience! They helped me plan my first work party and it was so great. They suggested things that I might need but not in a pushy salesman way-just in a very helpful way. They were so accommodating regarding the set up time and tear-down time. I will definitely reach out again when I need them.The owner actually helped with setup to give his guys some time off but he only mentioned he was the owner after I asked who his boss was so I could compliment him and his team. Great group of people!

I rented a bounce castle for my daughters birthday. The customer service was amazing and they really had the customer first in mind. In order to get everyone's orders out on time they offered early delivery free of charge. They set it up and tear it down for you quick and easy. I look forward to using them again come summer for one of their water slides 😁😁😁

Awesome experience!! Very professional. Our church rented from The Bounce House Company this last weekend.They came, set up, cleaned equipment on site, explained details of equipment. We rented the Castle Bounce House with slide and Dunk Tank. Both we're home runs. I'm a big guy and the dunk tank was easy to climb, the perch was comfy, the parts were secure, and the water was cold!!! They came right after the party and picked up. The next day you couldn't even tell the equipment was there. Well the grass where the dunk tank looked a little greener! It was watered well!!

We have used them twice now for my son's birthday parties and they are fantastic! setup and communication were great. We had to reschedule this year at the last minute because of weather and it was no issue. They even set up a full day early this time because their schedule was busy. This allowed us to basically get two days for the price of one. Great experience!

They even delivered the bounce house the evening before my son’s birthday, so we had even more time to bounce. We booked in January and they had some great deal/discounts available! The kids and adults loved the pirate ship with the slide! We would definitely rent again.

This company totally scammed me out of $367.00! It rained the day I was suppose to have my sons party, I asked can I reschedule it and she told me the only option I had was to pay an extra 50 dollars for a two day rental, the policy states that they are flexible to do reschedules due to the weather because they understand. But they did not want to be flexible or understanding, they just wanted to take more money. The owner was very rude to me, she did not let me talk without talking all over me! They are horrible at communicating at all! They text you but refuse to talk to you over the phone! I

We hired this company for a large, one-time event. They showed up an hour late, and forgot one of the three products we ordered from them. The workers on site were very cordial, but I have yet to hear back from the owners regarding my refund for the missing product. I've called several times, and the mailbox is full. I've emailed several times to no avail. I would avoid this company.

We rented tables, chairs, and a 16 foot inflatable slide for my daughters' graduation party. It was a smashing success. I'm glad I found them and will rent again if future needs arise.

I rented a bounce house, cotton candy machine, and an attendant for my son's fifth birthday party on August 11. I paid in full on July 30. I spoke via Facebook messenger several times between when I paid and the event. Everything seemed like it was set up to go.
