This place is amazing- they have truly changed my life, or at least how I see it! I thought I was losing my vision, but it turned out to be largely dry eyes. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that always make me feel welcome, respected, and like I am in very good hands. I've recommended this place to everyone I know. .

I have to give this office a huge thanks for being so helpful. I got my glasses and they improved my vision significantly, but something felt sort of off. I reached out over 4 months later to see if I had any options, but was doubting it.
They got me in to recheck everything and changed the prescription in one of the lenses. I now have absolutely perfect glasses. They could have just told me I was outside the return window, but instead went above and beyond. Really excellent support and personal attention.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I went because I needed to order new contacts, and I also wanted to potentially order new glasses. I was seen quickly and the doctor is very nice, however the surrounding staff left a bad taste in my mouth. First, when I sat down at the machine for a staff member to check my eyes, she actually said out loud, "Wow, you're blind!" Yes, my prescription is very strong, but it was very unprofessional to say so in that manner. Secondly, after my appointment, I wanted to look at frames to order glasses, and they just kind of took my money for my copay and ignored
