Trophy Kits

This is the second time I've ordered from Trophy Kits. The plaques are a nice addition to the wood projects that they were put on.

Order was shipped a day late, did not get trophies in time. When they finally arrived. When I complained, employee Nathan said they "were looking into the matter," and insinuated I was a '****head.' Then they somehow blocked me from their website for 2 months, so I couldn't leave a review.

Trophy Kits was great pre-pandemic, however this past holiday season we placed our annual order and never received it. Nathan haggled with us to help spilt the cost of a RE-order. We politely declined as it is the company's responsibility to make sure an order makes it to its destination and unfortunately, that includes taking responsibility for shipping. He eventually issued a full refund. We have sent numerous emails trying to RE-order and finally went to the website to go through with it to find we were blocked. I did not even know that was a thing!?! This is the single worst customer service

We placed 4 separate orders with them through their website. We are in Texas and Colorado, but received the shipments timely and as promised, actually, ahead of time. Every order was exceptional as far as the quality and the spacing on the award plates. We had over 100 award plates engraved on bronze and it all went seamless. Thanks.

Over time, the kids trophies get damaged, either because, well, kids are kids, or we moved from one house to another, or they are put in a box and something heavier gets put on top of them. A little of all of that happened here...so...we bought replacement tops for a few trophies.
They are PERFECT! and didn't break the bank!

This was my second order with Trophy Kits and it was just like the first. Product was on time and exactly what I wanted. I really like the online plaque designer. I was able to experiment with different fonts and wordings to get exactly what I wanted. Trophy Kits is the only place Shopping was fast and item was packaged well.

We ordered 6 of these to use for a client appreciation event. They were a huge hit. Very well made. They really added to our event. The clients waited until the very end of the event for a chance to get the last one. The engraving really added to the presentation. I will definately use these again!

A great website and Awesome customer service make this my go to company for awards! We have hosted over 5,000 tournament participants the past two years and they really like the awards they receive. These are very good quality products shipped in a timely and professional manner and that is why I am a repeat customer, keep up the great work.

We've ordered from this company twice in the past month. It takes a lot to WOW me when it comes to customer service lately, but this company has been EXCELLENT to work with and order from! They were great about double checking info on engraved plates and delivery has been super fast both times! Seriously, this company is fantastic - Gracias!

I've had exceptional service and quality from Trophykits. This is my second order with them. Their diamond cut medals are amazing and at a great price. There are other trophy and award retailers within my area but Ive had a great experience so far. I'm not planning on going elsewhere.

This company refuses to let you speak to a supervisor when they mess your order up gave my number they said they would have one call 3 months no call call them back ask for ceo or owner they refuse to give info out Tommy and Sharon are not very friendly and if i had it over i would spend my $400 at another trophy shop this one is not very good when doing business like this....

I ordered a personalized chess board for my daughters birthday. The product itself is beautiful, fast shipping and the customer service was amazing. I ordered online and had a question about my order so I called and the gentleman I spoke to was beyond helpful. When I told him this gift was for my daughters birthday he was determined to make sure she had it in time. For a complete stranger to care about a little girls birthday like that completely exceeded my expectations. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and should I have similar needs in the future I will definitely purchase from here

I ordered an engraved chess set from them. They were very professional and I appriciate the communication I received after placement of my order. They emailed and called to confirm detailing on my order. There timing was perfect; shipping was fast which was a big deal for me since this was a Fathers day present. So once again service (Excellent). The product is very nice however I am slightly disappointed with the quality of the chess board itself. The sticker?..Paint? scratches off very easily. I actually noticed what I thought was a black dot or smudge of some sort and went to scratch it off
