Radar's ruined a family heirloom. We took a silver cup there to be engraved, and not only did they engrave the wrong dates, one of the names is barely engraved, the cup was returned misshapen, had broken off from the base, AND was chipped. Everything wrong that could happen, was wrong. Their response was "things chip" and while they tried to fix the wrong dates, they obviously don't look very good. I would never trust them with anything again!

Rader's has made numerous pieces for the company I work for over the years. They've always proven to be friendly, helpful, reasonably priced, and have great turnaround time. And the quality is always excellent. We usually supply our own artwork, and the projects turn out exactly as planned, with no surprises (which is important!). Recently, we had a rush sign job, and were extremely pleased to have it arrive a full week earlier than expected! Thanks again Warren!

I've been coming here for years for any and all of my engraving needs and I can honestly say that I have NEVER left disappointed!! Mike, in particular, is phenomenal to work with. I recently celebrated my wedding and I stopped by the shop to ask if they could engrave a quote on the interior of my ring as well as a knife set we received. While a lot of other places were limited on how many characters they could put on the ring, Mike was able to work around it and had it ready within two days!! I will definitely be coming back here for years to come. Keep up the great work!!!

Very sloppy & poor service. Gave them the simple task to engrave initials on the lid of a small box. They engraved the wrong side. (How does that even happen?!) When they reordered the box & tried engraving again, it was blatantly off-center. They refunded me 50%, but come to think of it, I should’ve been refunded entirely. Also, had to go back several times due to their mistakes. Gift ended up being late because of their mess-ups, & I never got what I wanted. I gave up in the end. I wonder if they were drunk or high on the job, or just plain sloppy & careless. If you’re an engraving company

Sloppy service, I'm questioning if they know how to use their laser/engraving machine properly. I went to get a gift engraved. They engraved the wrong side, thus ruining the gift. They reordered the gift, but gift was late. The 2nd time they tried lasering the gift, it was blatantly off-centered. Instead of owning up to their sloppy laser jobs, they argued with me - but any person who can see & anybody with a ruler could show they did a poor job. I ended up giving up because I don't want to go back to the store a 4th time to get it right. I now have to give a crappily engraved gift

Thank you to the team at Rader! Quick turnaround, quality product, attentive staff (they even called to double check the engraving just in case the I looked the 1). I needed 16 thank you gifts in the fly and they provided a superior product (engraved silver mugs) in a VERY quick timeline. Professional, polite and all packaged up in a nice bag to go ON TIME! I will definitely be returning to this business. If you need office type thank you gifts, award plaques of all types or any type of engraving this should be your top call.

I contacted Lauren at Rader's Engraving for her help in creating a plaque for an employee. We were short for time, design and production began Friday; the plaque was needed Monday evening.
Lauren and Rader's Design team went above and beyond to propose the most economical and quickest way the plaque could be done by the time we needed it - all without losing the meaning behind the plaque.

We comissioned Rader's Engraving to create a trophy for us which included our corporate logo etched in glass with a wooden base. The text was approved on Wednesday and we received the finished product by UPS on Monday.
We were delighted by the quality of the product, and Rader's prompt and cordial service. Their price also was very reasonable. Highly recommend them!

Very happy with the work Radar's has done on my silver cuff. I brought it in a few weeks ago to be engraved (one line of Hebrew) and it looks great; very subtle, just as I wanted! Great work in a timely fashion. I paid an extra 10.00 to have it delivered to my house, as their hours did not comply with my work schedule. Highly recommend them for any and all engraving needs - nice people and very accommodating!

I had a small silver pendant engraved for an anniversary gift last year and when I picked it up, noticed the words had been double-stamped; found out that this is a common issue with the engraving machine they use, so I asked for it to be fixed. I looked all over for a certain decal for the hood of my car. The thing was, I didn't want the generic tribal design nor anything like everyone else has. So, I hunted around eBay. For days... What I finally discovered was Rader's Engraving, Inc. I special ordered a Hylian Crest, (the triangle/pyramid and wings design from The Legend of Zelda game series), vinyl decal from them, exactly in the size that suited my needs. Not only was it sent in a rolled up tube, deterring any damage that may come from shipping it in an envelope, but the decal was absolutely perfect! It was easy to apply, high quality

I needed a brass HIN plate made for my boat. I was being directed to Rose's Marine in Gloucester by a lot of boaters, but it was far away from Boston and pretty pricey for what I needed. They quoted me 100 bucks over the phone and I accepted the offer. I never heard anything from Rose's for 9 days before I contacted them to cancel the order. They were too pricey and had bad customer service. After looking for something more local, I found Rader's. They had very good customer service and turned the product around in under a week. Our company has since purchased two additional plaques from Rader's Engraving. They have both been of quality workmanship. My visit to the store in June for the first was uncomfortable as Mr. Rader called me out for my previous review on 12/15/11 (which I stood by). The plaque was made correctly and timely. I went in again this month for an additional plaque and Mr. Rader was incredibly professional and helpful. He was very polite and accommodating.
