Emanuel and his crew did an AMAZING job on our 1940 hardwood floors. They turned out absolutely beautiful! He helped with picking out stain color and was extremely knowledgeable. And he kept us up to date on every development and all progress. His crew was pleasant and very respectful of our home. Couldn't be better and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

If you want professionalism and craftsmanship than you must go with Emmanuel at EMC flooring. Emmanuel is extremely responsive with estimates, questions, and any concerns you may have which I appreciated greatly. Throughout my project they showed up on time, kept the area clean, and always cleaned before leaving. I think they did such a great job on my flooring and have recommended them to a few of my friends. I appreciated everything Emmanuel and his crew did and would use them again in a heartbeat. If you are looking for honest prices and great work hire Emmanuel and his crew.

I recently had my floors done by EMC Floors and the result was amazing. Emmanuel was very responsive honest and had a great understanding of everything involved. The quote was spot on and at the lowest end of the spectrum compared to others. Never changed. The work was top-notch, done on time and Emmanuel even helped me with related concerns after his work and job were done. Great owner, great company, worth every penny. Very impressed by this company. The floor refinishing guy we had originally contracted with had to cancel last minute after we had moved almost all the furniture out of our rooms, but we were able to find EMC, who responded immediately. They gave us an estimate, showed up promptly when they said they would, completed the job in one day, and left very little if any dust.Their price was fair and reasonable.

We hired Emmanuel and his crew to finish our basement stairs. When Emmanuel came to take a look at the stairs and give us a quote, he was on time and helped us by giving his professional opinion about what options we had and also how those options fit in with the style of our home. I appreciated that kind of feedback because it was reassuring and kept me from second-guessing our decisions. The quote was reasonable, and he had a great turn around time--he could schedule us a few weeks out and would complete the work in about 2 days. He was true to his word--his crew came out and completed everything

EMC replaced our carpet on the 2nd floor with hardwood, and they did an amazing job all around! Emanuel and his crew are top notch. Emanuel communicated frequently and effectively throughout the entire process, and responded promptly to any questions I had. Emanuel and his crew arrived on time every single day and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day. I can't say enough good things about the attention to detail and quality of work that they provided. We love our new floors and are so happy with them!! When we refinish our hardwood floors on our first floor, we will be using EMC

We needed to have our floors replaced on our 2nd floor due to major squeaking before our new baby was born. EMC gave prompt quotes, were very friendly and professional, and even found a less-expensive way to lay the flooring to make sure it was squeak-free but more affordable.
My dad owned a lumberyard and building materials company for over 40 years and commented several times on what a great job EMC did on our floors. To me, that's the ultimate testimony of a job well done. We will definitely hire these guys again should we ever need work done. The owner is very friendly and profession

I had Emanuel sand and refinish my floors in nice dark color throughout my whole 1st floor of a ~100 yr old condo unit in the city. He was also able to restore the old maple floors underneath the kitchen tile that had been covered up for decades probably.
He did a very good job and he really takes care to do things right. He moved all of the furniture around, made sure everything was cleaned up each day and took care of the details. I think that he is an Artisan on top of being able to do the job, he liked making our floors look great and brought back to life.
And he was very reasonably priced
