I have worn many hats during my life. Upon graduating from Saint Catherine's School for Childcare Technicians, I enjoyed working in New Born and Premature nurseries at Brady Maternity Hospital in Albany, New York. Six months after making a move to the new GYN unit at Saint Peter's Hospital in Albany, I chose to care for our newborn and two more to follow for the next ten years while taking night courses toward a teaching degree.
There are less than 500 hypnotists in the world that have undergone advanced hypnosis training and certification in 5- Phase Advanced Transformational Hypnosis. Work together with the client through the process, neutralizing old limiting beliefs, emotions, or habits that have limited success regarding the issues being addressed.

Wonderful experiences and I've gone back for several years for different circumstances. I would and have recommended Joan Ann to my friends and family.
I first went to her because of anxiety issues. Upon meeting her I felt an instant connection and we talked far past the time we allotted and had to keep bringing ourselves back to my intake because we would get talking and distract ourselves. My husband will now reach out to Joan Ann before me when he sees me struggling. She's been a blessing 💜

Unfortunately this was not at all the experience or outcome I had hoped for and was charged a large sum of money for the lack there of service. I found the hypnotist to be highly impatient and not very personable.
The hypnosis technique was unsuccessful, extremely difficult to partake in and felt as though I was being read a script. I would recommend researching all hypnosis techniques before choosing and find a practitioner for the good of the whole
