I love camp!!! This year was my fourth year and it was by far the best!! I made so many new friends and a ton of memories! At camp everyone creates such special bonds with their cabin and you become best friends with people you would have never imagined...defiantly going back for year five next year! šŸ’—

Gold Arrow is an amazing camp for younglings to explore amazing activities and discover confidence. Staff are excellently trained in their field and mentor camper needs and support with safety first. A fun place to send younglings to support their well-being. I love coming up to Gold Arrow for the fun counselors, campers, staff and well run activities.
Rock on GAC!

Gold Arrow Camp has been my boys favorite thing each year! My eldest went to 7 years and is now too old to attend. My 14 year old is going for his 8th year this year and is adding a waterski week to his time there, going for 3 weeks. Probably the best thing we have ever done for our boys. They have learned many so many outdoor activities that they do outside of camp as well. The counselors are terrific and come from around the globe. The campers do as well, although most campers are from California. My boys have also made lasting friendships with other campers and try to see them when we

I've worked here for seven summers. Campers have amazing experiences, and grow by leaps and bounds the short weeks that they are here. I've never been anywhere else with such positive and outgoing staff. This place is unbelievable.

This is our son's third summer attending Gold Arrow Camp. He went knowing no one as an out of stater. It is a highlight of his year. He attended for two weeks the first year, and now earns most of the money to add a week. This is no small amount for a 13 year old to earn. GAC is that important to him. The owner/directors have created an incomparable environment, in large part thanks to their careful hiring of staff and obviously superb staff training. The program is extensive, with great sailing, boating, skiing, hiking and climbing. It is a financial stretch for us to send our son to

I agree with much of Barry's post but I'd like to add that this Is really a top-notch, high quality camp. My 12 yo son went also for first time last yr and is back this year for three weeks. Besides having an enormous variety of activities (esp ones most kids cant/won't do at home) and a phenomenally gorgeous environment at Huntington Lake in the High Sierras, this camp and its administration are a first class operation. The counselors and staff are well trained, personable and warm. Communication is well organized and thorough. My dau goes to a different, similarly priced camp

*** "Gold Arrow Camp is absolutely f-i-n-e" ... ***

At least that is the one-liner my 10yo keeps saying.
He went there for a 2-week sleepover this summer.
Twas his very first stint staying at an overnight camp.
He enjoyed it so much, that he wants to ret'n for 1mo!

From what he tells me, he likes the variety of activities:
archery, hi-ropes, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding,
sailing, riflery, ziplining, hiking, backpacking, waterskiing,
wake boarding, mountain climbing, camping, art & crafts.

The bus picks up the kids at the Cheviot Hills Rec Center.
