My wife and I have purchased 2 beds from them the 1st time was great about 4 years ago but this 2nd purchase not so good we have had the eastern king for about 3 weeks now and looking at the mattress you can visually see two indentations or sagging in the mattress (I am 182 lbs my wife is 105) I called them today to see what our options are and the guy there said nothing can be done no exchange no money back no nothing and was rude to me. I paid $340 for the mattress. SO BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Fred Meyers has mattresses so does big lots and furniture warehouse for similar pricing
