Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Practically had to beg them to bid on a window replacement and after calling and emailing multiple times (after sending photos as requested) they simply fail to respond. I know companies like this are busy right now, but at some point they won't be and will regret treating potential customers like garbage. AVOID!

Hanover Glass recently fixed a broken window for us. We removed the window sash and took it to them. Upon entering the shop, the guy was around the corner with a blond woman who remained hidden the entire time we were there. Creepy.
Nonetheless, we left the window and in about 4 days, we were called to pick up the repair. The glass work was mediocre. I don't know yet how air tight it is, but the sash came back dirty and scuffed. There seems to be loose adhesive around the pane. We are going to have to sand and repaint the entire thing.
Additionally, at some point during the repair
