I had been putting off getting help and finally went in and met Andy. He made me feel very at ease, explained how they would help. Explained the results of the test and he told me how I was having hearing difficulties just by looking at the test results. Then he thoroughly explained all the different options I had selecting devices that would suit me best. Andy provides a great service to the community. I usually write short reviews,but I have alot to say about this place... I went with a friend who wasn't hearing well. Andy examined current hearing aids, which are 14 years old and offered to clean and repair as well as possible. He administered hearing test in sound proof booth. Then I knew why my friend couldn't hear me! Andy completely explained test results. I suggested new aids, with the new technology. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate these folks. Between Andy Palmquist and his crew which includes his son Adam and Erica, there are no better hearing aid dispensers ANYWHERE.
I wish they were closer as we are in New Jersey. They have consistently given incredibly good service. We have two older digital Oticon hearing aides which are no longer easy to program as the interface is in an older version of Windows 98 and the cables are proprietary and hard to find. Not problem for Andy and his crew. They had them, were able to program the aids and they sent them back almost immediately and the

I want to give a big thumbs up to the people at Lloyds. I have been a customer for about 15 years now and get all of my supplies, tubing, ear hooks as well as the earmolds kits to make my own molds. I have aids sent to then along with my audiogram for programming along with repair and cleaning and have never had a problem. They are truly independent and don't try and use the hard sell. I have saved many thousands over the years, no exaggeration...I really don't know what I'd do without these folks as it is way beyond my means to deal with the Hearing Aid dispensers locally that are
