This place is horrible. Basically told me that i lied. They obviously didnt want to give my money back when i went back and told them that my insurance will cover the cost. I had to wait for them with my son being sick, coz we just got out from the hospital and still end up being lied to, they just told me to call this number that nobody answers. Yall are racist. Yall dont even deserve that one star. I could have used that money for other important bills.

This place has wasted my time for two weeks in getting a wheelchair. I have cancer and damage knee joints. They have requested information from my doctors then state that they never received it. I hand delivered paperwork to them and returned three days later and Still get the runaround told they need more information. I’ve never been treated so badly in my entire life.

I should have listened to the other reviews. They tried to "double dip: getting paid from me, and getting paid from the insurance company. My insurance covers medical supplies at 100%. This place tried telling me that I had a $300 deductible. Once, my wife and I called them out on it and this place supposedly straightened things with the insurance company, they tried saying that I would be responsible for the taxes. When I called them to cancel my appointment and tell them that their services are no longer needed, yeah they "Brushed Me Off" without hesitation. Go somewhere else.

Horrible experience! Tried to get a breathing machine for my 1 year old son. Doctors office was out so they referred me to this place with a bit of hesitancy. Dr wrote a perscritption for the machine and I showed all of the required documents for the machine. On top of all of the paper work they said they needed the doctors chart notes so that their billing would be easier... No consideration for my 1 year old son on the verge of pneumonia needing help breathing. All about the money!
