We understand sometimes there are obstacles in the way of seeing your podiatrist, whether it's lack of transportation, a tight schedule, or life circumstances.
To ensure your convenience, below is the information you need about our podiatry office, including our hours, locations, appointment scheduling and insurance acceptance. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. We accept most insurances. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled so that we can complete your initial paperwork. List of current prescriptions and/or over-the-counter medication, including dose and frequency.

I wish I would have read the reviews first. Unfortunately I went and was prescribed medication and told to call a number to get it. I did and ever got the prescription. I called them back and the pharmacy line said they could not get the doctor’s office to call them back over 3 days so could not send it. I called the doctor’s office and left two messages and no one will call me back. Now I’m out of samples and am supposed to be on medication for another week and a half and they will not call me back so I guess I’ll go without the medication? I learned my lesson. I will read and trust reviews

Never got an appointment. Receptionist was totally unprofessional and rude. My insurance company representative called and got the same unprofessional attitude. The doctors may be good but I would never go here based on the treatment I received from the receptionist. No telephone etiquette at all. I give it zero stars.

My feet had been hurting for months from corns and callouses that kept building up on them. So I made an appointment with Dr. Nolan. Instead of meeting the doctor and getting answers to my foot pain, one of the girls there ushered me into a treatment room, spent all of 10 minutes clipping my toe nails and doing just a bit of sanding on my callouses with her Dremel tool and then went to call the doctor. He came in, looked at my feet, clipped a stray bit of nail on my little toe and told me I could soften the dry skin on my toes with some lotion. That was it! He was with me for about TWO MINUTES

I was sent to Doctor Futrell by my regular foot doctor to correct an issue I was having with my feet. I was very happy with the people we dealt with and my foot problem was corrected within 6 weeks. Doctor Futrell, Andrew and Carl were very professional and personable. Dr. Futrell knew exactly how to correct my issue with the least amount of pain and inconvenience. I also had to EJ on several occassions to be fitted with a correctional boot for my left foot, and he is very easy to work with. I would recommend if you need anything done to your feet to visit this business. 5 stars in my book.

My passionate suggestion for people requesting specialized wound care of their feet is to contract Dr. Brian Futrell of Piedmont Foot/Ankle Clinic. Dr. Futrell is a brilliant wound care podiatrist/Surgeon who helped to treat and save my feet from dire consequences. As a result, I get to retain my mobility and independence. Dr. Futrell successfully treated my severe foot injuries with surgery, expertise, and professionalism. Over a ten month span and counting, I have visited Dr. Futrell’s clinic for treatment of severe foot injuries which included an amputation, and superficial burns. With knowledge
