Mr. Yatish Shah will rip you off. We missed our flight by a few minutes and he told us to book another flight through him. He told us he would get the money refunded in full ($6500) but when we tried contacting him he wouldn't even answer the phone. We finally went to his office and he said he can't do anything about it.

I was referred to Travel Concepts by some clients of mine. We purchased tickets for an international flight through through them. I had spent hours researching ticket prices online...as I have done for every international trip we have ever taken. Well...in minutes they found flights substantially less expensive than anything I had found. Our tickets were all in order and we never had an issue related to ticketing. And did I mention the tickets were substantially less than anything we had found online ourselves?

Very bad experience. Purchased multi destination ticket. Yatisha sent
me itenerary and receipt yet the ticket was complete. I was standed in O'Hare airport for several hours because Travel Concept did not include the ticket between Chicago and TYS. When I called Yatisha, first he said that everything is fine and I should be able to travel. Blamed United Airlines, later he said that my ticket was upto Chicago. He then said he'd credit me $208.00 towards his mistake, but my ticket was costing $408.00 plus my hotel and taxi costs $ 220.00.
Be aware that this agency sells incomplete tickets.
