I have called Dodge City home for some time now. With that being said this place wouldn't be the same without Sue Jane, the park manager... She is the most amazing Lady we as residents could have ever been blessed with...
Everything is a little bit more relaxed and country out this way... I have and will continue to encourage my friends family and fellow traveler's to come see this place in person... I sure didn't plan on staying this long... And now I don't picture myself leaving anytime soon... Funny how in the daily chaos we call life... God can still make a place that is this peaceful...

I love it here! It's nice and quiet. There's great management and friendly people! They have very clean laundry and shower facility and propane on site is cheaper than buying at the store! I like that everyone waves at each other when they pass by. Ive been here almost 2 years and never had a problem. It's a great place to visit or even live!

Weather a day or a year, this is a very nice RV park! It's set well back off of the main roads with a asphalt drive entrance with speed bumps. 5 mph Speed limits enforced ! Thank God! You will not see drag racing here as I've seen in most RV parks. People are safe to walk around with their children and dogs. And the people are very friendly and helpful.Very highly maintained! From the acres of grass and trees, to the shower house's and laundries. There is contentious updates to improve the park. They have occasional rentals also. The Office and gathering place are warm and welcoming. They stay Full

I'm a plumber and there is laws regarding water cut offs they cut the water off with no warning and no notice! I was freaking out thinking that there was something wrong with my water system.... not the case it is a good place to stay very quiet and good location but they MUST and I'm not playing around they must give notice that the water/ electrical and other essential components will be turned off I know the law very well and that was not cool! YOU WILL give notice next time! Or you will be liable for any damages! Learn from mistakes as everyone does!

I have lived here for over three years, that park has definantly improved, mainly because they raised the prices on the very few luxuries. I guess people complained about the washers and dryers, not thinking about real issues of course, so they bought new ones and raised the prices to use them, I'll go into town and save $2.50, thank you. The real issue is the entrance drive. For the 3 years that I've lived here the entrance drive has been a nightmare, they tried to fix it but people driving 30 to 40 mph down it and the rain, it never lasted. It tore up my sway bar and it tore up my upper control

I would rate it to be 5 star but i have one small problem. It needs surveillance throughout the RV park. I notice a little girl around 8 or 9 years old walking by herself. She was extremely friendly. As I was walking to laundry/shower room, she followed me and was instantly attracted to my puppy. She then walked back with me and I had to stop her from coming inside my RV. This really upsets me. Didn't her parents teach her not to talk to strangers. This is a public RV park. People can come and go anytime they want and be in a totally different State by the time you notice your kid is gone. This

Staff was nice, they finally paved the entrance road and temp fixed the park road inside. It’s very junky here but really quiet so that’s nice. My biggest grievance was the smell of the area. Never wanted to spend time outside of the trailer because it smelled bad constantly. Wouldn’t trust the water either.

I've lived here numerous times over the years. If you live in the city and you're tired of the loud neighbors and traffic sounds, this will make you want to relocate. Quiet surroundings and late night star gazing. Love it. And the staff are always there to help you feel at home!
Thank you Suejane
