After sitting in my car for almost 30 minutes, I called them today to tow someone who was parked illegally in my spot and they sent someone out right away. Unfortunately, the owner returned before they arrived so I quickly called back to let them know. They were very friendly and I will definitely use them in the future if someone steals my parking spot again!

Cash only and the recipient is written out on a piece of paper. Not legit and a complete scam. Wouldn’t give me a card or his name. They hide in your parking lots and boot your car and run as soon as you walk away. They need to go out of business. Complete scammers and the workers looked like junkies so I’m sure they pocketed they money to remove the boot.

This is one of the worst businesses I've ever come across. For a place with such high prices, you would think that they would at least have decent customer service. Well, not in this case! Their ridiculous prices match their even more ridiculous customer service. 1.3 stars is actually a very generous rating considering how horrible this company is.

Claims going to Chase then returning to restaurant is still consider leaving the ground. No room for arguement even with a receipt. Refuse to accept credit card. Didn't even check my ID and requested $220 in
cash. Pretty much a blackmail with no choice to pay. Not enough indicator at the parking lot to warn customer.

They have come to my rescue more than once. The last time was when I drove over something on the highway (route 80) during a heavy storm. They arrived promptly, towed my car and got me and my daughter safely back to a safe spot to attend to our tire. The driver was professional and put us at ease in a very scary situation. The only company I will call if I need a tow.

Stranded on the side of a busy road with my small children ABC towing came to my rescue. The driver was super considerate of my situation and showed extra concern and care for my children. He charged a fair price and offered help finding an affordable solution to fix the vehicle. I highly recommend this company for their service.

The boss especially is rude and filthy.
our car was towed and he can't even take it down.
what kind of towing company cannot even take a car down from their own towing truck?!?? it took 3 hrs to take the car down.
The boss is very unprofessional and rude he made us wait 3 hrs out in the cold even while he stayed inside of the office.

Each time I appreciated reliable and trustworthy services like DeMaur and Bell Towing.
Only this ABC Towing was different. They made a big scratches.
And just kept saying cash cash cash.
Why they don't accept credit card? Was their any reasons trying to hide revenues?
I don't know if they can offer something good service for others?
In my experience I recommend if you have a choice, please call other towing company for you.

There were HUGE SCRATCHES after they towed my car.
I asked the lady that worked there how the scratches were made and what they were going to do about them, but she just kept saying "$220, $220..." and IGNORED me and the scratches THEY CLEARLY MADE.

Bottom line is they're crooks. I've read the reviews and heard nasty stories of them towing at their own will. My review comes from parking my car in the lot and space associated with Prompt Med Urgent Care for a medical appointment. When I came out an hour later ABC towing left a "final warning" stating that my car would be towed next time. ABC, get your facts straight and make an honest living like the rest of us.

Bottom line rip off... So, this morning before a labor day trip to the beach, my car 's window on the driver's side slipped and fell under in the door and so I needed someone to just pull it up temporarily, since I live in Fort Lee and ABC towing repair was the closest, I went. They pulled it up for me and I asked how much? Results... $50!! $50?! To just pull up a window and tape it?? I mean some places do it free of charge, it was good for the convenience, but will never ever return here again for anything...

On 10/19 my car was towed by ABC Towing for being parked in a permit only spot in Fort Lee. The next morning I tracked down my car and paid the 220$ fee to get it back no questions asked. When I pulled out of the lot my car was all over the road and completely uncontrollable. I quickly pulled over and called the company back and brought my car back to have the guy look at it because they clearly messed something up. The truck driver inspected my front end which looked fine and straight. I parked my car overnight and the next day had a friend look at it. He found my rear control arm (1 inch thick

Can't say having to get your car towed is a pleasant experience but ABC Towing helped save the day quickly and courteously. They arrived within a half hour of me calling them and also gave me a ride home. Furthermore they dropped off my car safe and sound to the dealership where it could be fixed for me. I would definitely recommend ABC next time you're in a jam.
