Could not move my neck one day, walked into Lake and Jill met me with open arms. I felt a lot better by the time I left!
I have chronic pain in my upper shoulders and neck and Jill provided immediate relief. The next day I thought it had come back - I had pain again. 48 hours later and my pain level was reduced to 80% less than it has been for the past 5 years --- this has been for the past 3 weeks. Seriously Jill is a miracle.
I am going to get some X-Rays done before my next visit. I am looking forward to it more than date night!!!!

It's 1:15am and I just finished making homemade empanadas ..... how was I able to feel this good and have so much energy?!
I came in today with a terrible neck pain and migraine. Yesterday, I didn't know how I would EVER feel good again. After an adjustment from Lance Jeppesen and Gabby rubbing a topical analgesic on my neck....I feel SO Alive and SO much better ... that's how!
Honestly, you will feel better as soon as you walk in the door. The doctors and staff are so welcoming. Their goal is to relieve your pain, get ya' all fixed up so you can live your life with a smile

Was suffering from chronic neck and shoulder pain and Dr. Jill healed me up so fast with her adjustments. When you first go in you sit with the doctor, they take xrays, then they start therapy before you get adjusted. I was always scared of chiropractors but Dr. Jill and her staff changed all of that. Now I love it. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Lake San Marcos for almost a year. I experienced an injury that required treatment which I received with the best of care. Not only do they provide a comfortable atmosphere their attention to your needs and evaluation of your progress is very professional and appreciated! Dr. Aziz Ander is my doctor and I couldn't value and respect him more. He never rushes you out the door. He is extremely considerate, he will ask me how my schooling is going and tell me about his time in school, very encouraging and motivating! Did I mention he's a genius?

Just leaving and had to stop to report how much better my back feels after being adjusted by Dr Jill and getting therapy massage by Kate. When I do something stupid and really hurt my back, they can always get me in. But even when I'm not feeling a ton of pain, but just don't feel right, I like to come and get a quick adjustment. Their staff id very good, helpful and friendly. My whole family comes here now - and that's saying a lot!

I can not say enough good things about lake medical center! I was in a car accident and they have taken amazing care of me. The doctors are very knowledgeable and doctor Jill Mauser was able to diagnose my injuries before the other doctors I had seen and get me out of pain. The office is very friendly and feels like a family when you go in to see them. I am so grateful I was referred to them. I highly recommend them to any and everyone I can who is looking for a great chiropractor. I feel that they really care about me and that is hard to find in doctor.

Dr. Shimmin is extremely knowledgeable which is very important, and in addition he's kind, caring and really listens to you; he takes care of the whole person. In early 2012 I was diagnosed with Spina Bifida Occulta and my GP said I would always have pain. I'm 37 years old so it was kind of odd that I had never had back pain before. Later in 2012 I became pregnant and my gynecologist said his wife had spina bifida and that she just deals with the pain.
In November of 2013 I threw my back out and could barely move. It just aggravated my previous lower back pain and right lain pain so I went to urgent care and was told to see Jill at Lake Chiropractic and that she was awesome. I went right away and I am so glad I did!!! I haven't felt this good

Dr. Shack is a decent neurologist, however, the office staff is terrible and the practice is prone to medical errors. There is no nurse, the receptionist (Debbie?) constantly makes mistakes, prescriptions are hand written and illegible by the pharmacy, etc. I like the doctor, but cannot reccomend the practice. I would avoid this place.

Extremely disappointed in the physicians and the staff. I was in a decent amount of pain and needed relief, so when I called to schedule an appointment I was pleased to hear they were covered by my insurance. Later I would find out I was misled. Upon arrival they informed me they were unsure if they were in or out of my network and wouldn't know until my next appointment. How convenient!! Explain to me why at 10am an office can't handle contacting an insurance carrier (isn't this their job) to obtain benefit information. More importantly, why wouldn't they gather this information

I was vacationing in the area and injured my back on a roller coaster. I was referred to Dr Mauser and found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and an excellent chiropractor. While seeing him I complained about a shoulder issue and through xrays he diagnosed tendonitis with calcium deposits. Not being something he could help with through adjustments, he directed me to having physical therapy as a treatment. When I returned home I saw my regular doctor who referred me to an orthopedic doctor who after trying steroid injections finally got me into a PT program. It took weeks to clear

I was on the fence about commenting on chiropractor Dale Mauser of Lake Medical in San Marcos, but after getting a bill in the mail recently for his poor service (by the way, he charges $40 per session above Medicare), I decided to do so. My husband had gone to him twice. When he got home after the second visit he started having pain in a different area of his back than what he was being treated for. By the evening, he couldn't stand, sit, could barely walk, and was in excruciating pain. He went back to Dr. Mauser but there was no improvement. We later found out from an orthopedic surgeon

After getting rear-ended in the fast lane, suffering immense back and neck pain, and going to a quack of a chiropractor, switching to Lake Chiropractic was a breath of fresh nair. Nice big office. Doctors that know exactly what they are doing and are confident in it. X-Rays are done in office. And the best part... there are a team of massueses on hand to give you massages after each adjustment... i love you Lake Chiropratic. i will be sad when my tri-weekly massages end!
