Our townhome in Newark, DE was impacted by large fire in the adjacent unit in April 2020. What luck finding Joe Fragomele and his family firm Colonial Construction. In a difficult Covid environment Joe, his son Joey, his daughter McKensie and their competent professional crew were there for us every step of the way. Always returned calls quickly, worked through all the added difficulties with Covid restrictions to reach the right settlement for us with the insurance companies and delivered a better end result. Was a pleasure doing business with Colonial. We went away on business trip and had Colonial do the work while we were away. The workers were very neat, skilled and courteous. They kept me in the loop the entire time. When we got home we were very impressed with the work that was done. Was a pleasure doing business with them
