Owner is extremely helpful and hands on with his business, friendly and provides excellent prompt service. The brand new staff is great with good customer service. This is the only place in Wichita that I use to wash. The machines work great especially the new dryers they have installed new dryers. Great experience

Decent prices, friendly staff, and it's in my neighborhood. BUT the hot water is Stone Cold so my clothes didn't get very clean. Even though I used bleach, my whites came out dirty.
They appear to to be running the place into the ground; the same machines have had "out of service" stickers on them for several months.

I've always enjoyed going there to do my laundry and conversing with Michelle while i waited. She always was professional, courteous and well spoken but as of lately, I'm not sure if this new staff is as professional as they should be. Even though the young woman were helpful and courteous, her choice of clothing for work that day was risque enough that i felt i had just walked into the Hooters or Twin Peaks of laundromats. I'm not sure if this is new business model or what but I am quite certain this doesn't fit into the motif of what College Hill is trying to establish. Bring back Michael or

I have been coming into this laundromat for several years. I had always found the staff to be pleasant, the place clean and there was always a big warm welcome from Michelle when I arrived. We would talk and laugh and before I knew it 2 hours passed by. That woman could talk about anything, very intelligent conversations. I never felt like I was at a laundromat but at a friends house. She even went as far as knitting a blanket for my grand baby. I really liked her, best customer service I had ever had any where and I've been all over the world. Unfortunately I can't say I like this laundromat any
