Hi Suzanne, Just wanted to let you know that we got multiple offers on the house, the first of which was only about two hours after the first showing. We ended up going into contract with a buyer at noon yesterday (the second dasy of the listing) for $20k more than asking price, and he is paying in cash. I have used Peggy Multiple times to stage my For Sale Listings. She has been absolutely AMAZING!!! She can take a room and arrange furniture in a way that I would have never thought of.
