Cutter Innovations is an AS9100 registered company that provides quality-driven machining services that add value to our Customers' projects. We are a specialized manufacturer in precision machining services with over two decades of research & development and engineering experience. Cutter Innovations has delivered components to the aerospace, medical, oil & gas, and alternative energy industries.
With working envelopes approaching o36"x20", Cutter is able to produce components using full-five axis tool paths. Impellers, aerospace components, and finish machining of 3D-printings requiring tight-tolerance geometry are all within the capabilities of our shop. Further, we use industry-recognized best in class workholding and tooling to ensure surface finishes, dimensions, and repeatability.
Cutter Innovations also has a successful track record of mid-volume mixed part production involving standard milling and turning. With working envelopes of up to 20" x 40" and turning capacities of o14" x 20", Cutter Innovations can tool up a production run to meet even the most demanding cost targets.
Relying on Customer-provided solid models, Zeiss scanning CMM technology is utilized to automate nearly 100% of part inspections. The latest software and stylii technology is implemented in order to ensure a robust inspection plan. Blade profiles, true positions, and other critical geometric dimensioning and tolerancing is achieved.
