Our History: We are a small family owned business, started in 1924 by Franklyn J. Barber. He started working on water pumps for homes and farms in the Cortland and surrounding areas. The business and reputation grew dramatically in the early years and there was a great demand for us to add well drilling to the business.

We employ a fully licensed, experienced pump crew whose job is the installation, repair and testing of pumps and water systems. We custom design all of our systems to specifically suit the needs of the customer, the particular application and to provide long term reliability.

They were extremely nice on the phone for my emergency. They arrived promptly for my emergency and had a print out of the work that was done on my well from years past. The men were courteous and very professional. We were very happy with their services and highly recommend them.
