I have hired Rogel for two different jobs. The first was drywall finishing and the second was a tear out of old flooring and installing laminate floors. Rogel did an amazing job with both projects. His quotes were very reasonable and he responds quick.
Rogel is honest in regards to he will tell you straight forward, jobs that he can do and jobs he cannot do. This may be one of his best aspects. There are a lot of contractors out there that will try to do any job. Then you end up with poor work or jobs that are not to code. We have an old fence around our back yard and with the high winds a section collapsed completely on the ground. We have a dog that chases squirrels an were very concern she would get out. Mr. Perez arrived on time with all his materials and started the job right away. He was friendly and very professional. And quoted us a great price. We were thrilled with his work!The fence was like new. We are planning to replace the whole thing next spring and will be contacting him early to make sure he is available for us because this handyman is in demand were sure.

Rogel was very prompt and professional with the quoting process and throughout the work he did for us. He repaired my porch and hung some shutters and did all of the repairs exactly how I expected it should be done and it looks great. He was on time, prepared to do the work he quoted and cleaned up after himself nicely. Very happy with the work and would use again.

Had several lights and ceiling fans that needed replaced, along with securing and hanging 2 heavy pieces of artwork, and creating an access panel for the electrician. Roger was on time, did great work, and cleaned up. His time estimate was good as well. Great customer service. Have him booked for another day of handyman chores!
