UPDATE - so happy to report they came back to fix an issue on the modular cabinets for free - even though they weren't their product! So impressed with Haynes Cabinet Design's professionalism & commitment to ensuring we were 100% happy with everything. Haynes Cabinet design is such a wonderful choice even when custom cabinets aren't in your budget.

We recently hired Charles with Haynes Cabinet Design to build and install the cabinets for our new breakroom at Escrow Leaders. We wanted it to be something that works for historic San Juan Capistrano and also be a fun and inviting place for everyone.
Charles and his company did a fabulous job and we could not be happier! Everyone we worked with was kind, knowledgeable and always on target with dates and deadlines. Workmanship is wonderful!

Haynes Cabinet Design is the best! Five stars are not enough! We met with Charles Haynes awhile ago to review plans for a new kitchen. He was very patient and explained how everything could be done. Although it's more expensive, we decided on all wood cabinets. We had a lot of ideas and some included custom work to be created. Then he brought out a wish book and even more things needed to be considered for the layout. I was able to work with his designer to be sure everything would fit properly and, of course, this took awhile to finalize. I even suggested a special quartz counter top

It's been eleven years (!!) since Chuck installed the gorgeous custom cabinets he designed for our (then new) kitchen and media room, and here's what I can say:
1. They look as good today as they did on the day he installed them; that's a real testament to the quality of his finishes and his craftsmanship.
2. They OPERATE as well today as they did on the day he installed them. No funky hinges, no weird drawer glides. Everything just works.
3. When new friends come over, they can't believe how gorgeous our cabinets are, and when we tell them that our remodel was eleven years

Hiring Haynes Cabinet Design was hands down the best decision we made while renovating our kitchen! 5 stars is not enough for the talent, hard work, dedication, patience and BEAUTIFUL kitchen that Haynes Cabinet Design gave us. Charles prides his company on exceptional service, and he delivered this every step of the way. Our kitchen was not an easy project. I'm not a contractor and Charles helped me tremendously with his knowledge and expertise. Charles and the install boys did a great job on our kitchen remodel. We've had a couple of months to live and settle in the new space and love everything about our new kitchen. We selected the cabinet style and told Charles about a few desires we had regarding trash cabinet, spice cabinet and corner lazy Susan cabinet. Most options were available but the spice cabinet was a custom build. It did take a couple of iterations, but Charles worked to get things perfect and us happy with the results. We are now the envy of all our neighbors.

Charles Robinson is honest, responsive and sends out very hardworking and responsible people to work on the project. We had 5 bathroom cabinets updated, contracting only for new doors and trim, and Charles made us all new cabinets for a small price extra. They look great and updated the bathrooms without doing anything else! The job was estimated to take three days and would have but we kept finding plumbing issues that the workman couldn't fix. Charles talked to the Plumber we always use and paid him to fix the pipes the way they should be fixed. Done and done. Not particularly cheap

Would highly recommend! We got a floor to ceiling library built along with media center cabinets. Charles and team were fantastic from beginning to end. They worked with our budget, gave us recommendations when we asked and had a great response turn around time at every step of the way. The finished product? Magnificent. The feel of our entire home is just so much nicer. I would highly recommend them for any of your cabinet needs. Also, I found they are more reasonable priced than competitors who were going to offer not nearly close to the end product we got.

Even though Chuck could not help me directly with my project, he willingly referred me to some people in the trade who might be able to assist me. (My project involves trying to find someone who could stain to match an existing "white wash finish".)

Had a great experience with this company!! (I know, shocking when it comes to any interaction with construction...hahah!)
The owner, Chuck, is super helpful and professional. He is the one that you mainly work with and he goes out of his way to make sure that the customer is satisfied and he knows what he is doing. My friends have had their kitchens done with this company and everyone is super happy with their work, so I decided to re-do my bathrooms.
I can't say how pleased I am enough!! :)
