Holistic rehabilitation means treating and repairing the whole person from damage done by addiction to the mind, body, spirit, emotions and environment. All of these elements of a person's life need to be brought back into balance for total recovery and success, hence the name InnerBalance Health Center.

Many treatment centers may focus on just one of these four crucial elements making it difficult to achieve lifelong sobriety. InnerBalance Treatment Center has had incredible success with customized treatment plans that specifically address each these elements for each patient. By restoring a person's biochemical imbalances, we are able to help eliminate cravings that lead to addiction.
Services
InnerBalance Health Center is a Bed & Breakfast type environment which offers comfortable private or shared rooms with private bathrooms. Many of our rooms also feature private balconies with spectacular mountain views. In addition, numerous local amenities are within walking distance including a public golf course, beautiful parks and lakes, and the beachside at Lake Loveland.
Our holistic addiction treatment program incorporates biochemical restoration, medical labs, nutritional support and counseling. We make every effort to keep prices affordable and are typically 1/3rd the price of comparable treatment centers. In addition, we occassionally offer "Room Availability" discounts to help offset cost of treatment.
Because our Clients are our primary source of referrals and we have over an 86% customer satisfaction rate from our patients, we are confident about our program and what it can do for you or your loved one. So confident in fact, that we guarantee success for those that follow our program completely.
At InnerBalance Health Center, we strive to analyze your individual biochemistry to gain a better understanding of the physiological effects of your addiction to drugs and/or alcohol. As a component of our holistic addiction treatment process, we understand that their are certain biochemical imbalances that can make a person more prone to the addictive cycle.
Addiction to alcohol often starts gradually. Alcohol is often associated with social gatherings and having fun. Some individuals actually have a genetic trait that lead to increased addiction dependence than others. Gradual drinking then increases in frequency and amount. A glass of wine with dinner once or twice a week becomes 2-3 glasses every night.

Beautiful place and great therapists. But very I’ll equipped to handle client disputes/issues. I had issues with multiple clients threatening me and talking down to me and causing my recovery to be in jeopardy. I told staff multiple times and hardly anything was done. The last straw was when I told staff I was at the end of my rope and having a mental crisis due to another client harassing me and i just got a shrug and “sorry” was the response. So I had to leave early and essentially lost $5500 due to their contracts they make you sign about no refunds etc. rehabs are one of the few businesses

My partner went here earlier this year starting in December of last year. I attended the family class where I was told that helping any loved one struggling with addiction financially is enabling. I called out the instructor because I know this can be deadly advice. When another class member pointed her neighbor's son died from that advice, Pat changed her perspective. I reached out to the instructor because she encouraged us to give feedback to improve the class but I have not received anything back from them. There are several practices that are outdated including a book that I have in their

I have been trying extremely hard for 7 years to quit drinking alcohol. I have been to other residential treatment facilities and intensive outpatient programs with limited success. My stay at Inner Balance was and remains a transformative experience in my life. There is literally no other program in the United States that does what they do at Inner Balance. The mind, body and spirit treatment truly exists at Inner Balance. The diet and supplements that heal your body and brain are actually tailored to each individual by using extensive lab work on each client. The spiritual advisor, Steve Aronson

Without a doubt, Inner Balance saved my life. From the very moment I arrived, I felt like I was at home, and I knew that I had chosen the right place. The staff (the ENTIRE staff: counselors, house managers, chefs, front desk employees, etc.) were some of the friendliest and most genuine people I have ever met, and it was clear that they had my sobriety and success as top priority. I also really loved their approach of treating the mind, body, spirit and soul in equal parts, to fully equip each patient to the fullest extent so that they can conquer their addiction(s). I would absolutely recommend

Thank you Inner Balance Health Center!!! When I arrived at IBHC, I was dreading my stay. I never would have imagined the loving care of the House Staff. All of my daily needs were taken care of and our meals were superb! That being said, the care from the staff, counselors and medical staff allowed me to understand the complexities of my disease. Using a holistic approach and applying a biochemical restoration program allowed my body to recuperate from the damage that I had inflicted upon it. The tools the counselors provided allowed me to start working on some of the many mental and emotional

I found my time at Inner Balance to be instrumental in gaining sobriety and feeling positive about life again. Being in a program that treats your physical self, focuses on nutrition, and repairs the damage done to the brain by addiction was wonderful. This holistic approach gave me a great starting off point, and helped me to realize that there is continual work to be done, and I have so many resources in this battle against addiction. The counselors were all very insightful and experienced in their field. The house staff was friendly and committed to the client's comfort level and fulfilling

The InnerBalance in-patient program was a life-changing experience for me. It was my first time in recovery and I found the overall focus on therapy, nutrition, spirituality, meditation, exercise - and so on - incredible. Each therapist worked one-on-one to create an individualized plan for sobriety. The wisdom of each therapist provided powerful tools that continue to help guide me through each day. I would recommend InnerBalance to those looking to change their lives - with the help of people who truly care.

I went to Inner Balance Health Center in June of 2010 and have been sober ever since. I was broken when I arrived there after multiple attempts to get sober, I was self medicating my anxiety and depression, thinking alcohol was the only thing that helped, when in reality it was making it much worse. I had tried other in patient treatment centers and was literally in so much emotional pain that I did not think I would ever be able to get sober. I decided to give it one last try and thanks to my family was able to come to Inner Balance. I owe my life in part to the counselors, the staff and the owners
