As a Federally Qualified Health Center, The Jane Pauley Community Health Center offers patients high quality, affordable healthcare services from our staff of qualified professionals. We offer a wide range of healthcare, dental, and behavioral health services for you and your family. The Jane Pauley Community Health Center has deemed status through the Federal Torts Claims Act (FTCA) with respect to certain claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered providers.
Services
The Jane Pauley Community Health Center (JPCHC) was established in 2009 with generous support from the Metropolitan School District of Warren Township, Community Health Network, and the Community Health Network Foundation. It is named after Jane Pauley, a 1968 Warren Central High School graduate who grew up in the area and is well-known as the former anchor of NBC TV's Today and Dateline programs.
The Jane Pauley Community Health Centers provide a wide range of available services to best accommodate our patients' needs. We offer patient-centered care devoted to finding treatments and solutions that best work to fit our patients' medical needs and lifestyles. Our providers and staff are courteous and knowledgeable, and ensure that those who come into our health centers are greeted with a smile.
The Jane Pauley Community Health Center offers a range of pediatric services, from well-baby and well-child visits to vaccinations, preventative care, and acute care. Our pediatric providers treat newborns to 17 year olds, and are skilled at working with parents to help manage their child's care.
At The Jane Pauley Community Health Center we understand that making decisions for your child's health can at times be stressful, so our providers ensure that parents are given all of the information needed to make these important choices.Our providers will work with parents and patients to choose the best path for your child's overall health and wellness.

Obstetric and gynecological services are offered at two locations: 1210B Medical Arts Boulevard, Suite 300 in Anderson, as well as our location on Shadeland Avenue in Indianapolis, 2040 N. Shadeland Avenue, Suite 300. Our OB/GYN providers at these locations offer prenatal, perinatal, and postnatal care for those wishing to become pregnant, those who are currently expecting, and those who have recently given birth.
The Jane Pauley Community Dental Centers offer a range of dental services, including cleanings, fillings, sealants, and routine extractions. Patients requiring other dental procedures, such as root canals, dentures, crowns, and implants are offered referrals to a partnering organization who provides these services at affordable rates.

The doctor's visit was not what I expected. They did diabetes test which I did not want. The doctor: Hubert Dolubizno, DO had me wait exceptional long. Longer than what he told me. Finally, he didn't perform physical (hernia) that I requested. That was whole point. He was "offputting". I got the impression that he just didn't want to or was not comfortable. That will be last time I visit that place and with that physician!

This place is a joke!! They and any affiliates they send u to will cancel on u ten minutes prior to appointment time! Have done it to my daughter on several occasions! Make her drive from Southside to fishers to get a call 10mins before arrival time they r cancelling her appt!!
Also they have students doing labs that blow out every vein trying to take blood!

I love Dr. Rachel Snell! She always takes the time to listen and I am able to feel comfortable discussing any issues or concerns I'm having. She's the main reason I continue to go to the Eastside Location although I moved to the Southside a couple years ago. I've never had a negative experience with any of the staff at Jane Pauley. They really care.

I called about an issue 3 days in a row with no call back. On the recording they say phone calls will be returned within one day. I drove there to speak with someone and was told they have a new medical assistant but was still not helped. I was told by the front desk that she had nothing to do with what goes on in the back. She still did not get out of her chair to find out if someone else could help me. I was told my doctor wouldn’t be back in the office for two more days.

I like this location the staff are friendly and helpful. They always try there best to get me an appointment that works best for me. The Doctors I have seen really care and they do whatever it takes to get to the source of my medical needs. The manager and her team at this location works hard at helping our community.

I love my doctor Matthew and his staff. But the lady working in the lab today is very rude. I checked in on their kiosk. It said wait time was approximate 30 minute wait. After watching two different people get told don't even sign in because she didn't have time. I went up to ask how much longer since it had already been 30 minutes. She says
To me well its going to be even longer if people keep coming to the desk . Just wanted to say completely not a professional attitude.
